Panel Topic: The future of the 10-year tax abatement
Panelist: Ori Feibush, President, OCF Realty. Ori C. Feibush is an entrepreneur, small business owner, and real estate developer. As President and Founder of OCF Realty, Feibush has built a successful neighborhood-focused real estate brokerage that provides comprehensive services in property management, home buying and selling, and development.
Panelist: Lauren Gilchrist, Senior Vice President, Senior Director of Research for JLL
Panelist: Beth McConnell, Policy Director, Philadelphia Association of Community Development Corporations. She leads PACDC’s efforts to advance city, state and federal policies that help CDCs revitalize Philadelphia’s neighborhoods and rebuild communities.
Panelist: Paul Steinke, Executive Director, Preservation Alliance for Greater Philadelphia. He started in this role in June 2016 after serving on the organization’s board of directors for many years. The Preservation Alliance for Greater Philadelphia is a membership-based organization whose mission is to promote the appreciation, adaptive re-use and development of the Philadelphia region’s historic buildings, communities and landscapes.
